명상이 무엇이며, 어떤 방법이 있는지를 알아보며 그러한 명상을 통해 어떤 효과가 나타나는지에 관해 이야기합니다. 실질적인 명상 활동 뒤 배경에 자리하고 있는 이론에 관해서도 언급하고자 합니다.

Summary:
During the workshop I want to explain what meditation is, what types of mediation there are and what effects can be expected of meditation. In this context I will also address the theoretical basics of meditation.
